Step 1: Activate Nice for Your Team
Fill out our simple form. It takes 1 minute. This helps us track your intent to offer Nice so that we can get your resources and set up your Nice eligibility. Choosing your start date, share your contact information, and other onboarding preferences.
The most successful groups meet with BHT. Please consider these options in the form.
Step 2: Inform Leaders
Engaging your leadership team early helps secure buy-in and ensures a smooth launch—simply share our standard employer flyers and resource hub. When leaders understand the value of Nice Healthcare®, they’ll be equipped to champion the benefit and field employee questions with confidence.

Employer Flyer, In-Person – for businesses in the greater Seattle area or Spokane who expect to have a lot of team members in the Nice in-person service areas.

Employer Flyer, Outside In-person service area – focused on virtual care, for businesses who expect to have a lot of team members outside the Nice in-person service areas.
Step 3: Inform Employees
Helping your team understand how Nice Healthcare® works and how valuable it is, boosts engagement from day one. Use our announcement template and simple attachments. Spread the word about BHT’s Care Kit, $10 gift card, and giveaways.
If you haven’t already, consider having BHT host a live employee webinar for your team. The organizations that are most successful with Nice are doing this.

Step 4: Employee Orientations
We highly recommend booking time with a BHT team member to do a live orientation for your group.
Recordings: BHT’s employee orientation presentations make it easy for teams to feel confident using Nice. They are rich in content without being long and they’re easy to skim through. Link to these recording where employees can find them easily the next time they have a question about the benefit.
The recordings are also great for new-hire orientations.
