Getting Started with BHT

New to BHT? We’ve put together a short video quick start guide to help you easily manage benefits for your company and ensure that you make use of all the tools and extras available to you. Take a moment to watch!

Onboarding Timeline

  1. Download this Onboarding Timeline for important contact information and instructions on enrolling in SIMON.
  2. Set up your SIMON account. Log in and review your bill and plan documents. If something does not look right, or you have questions, contact Vimly at bht@vimly.com or call 425.367.0729
  3. Download the Benefit Getting Started guide for your plan to help communicate your new benefits to employees.
  4. Make sure you fulfill your obligations to provide employees with Summary of Benefits Coverage within the time frame and circumstances.
  5. Set up your Passport Corporate savings account, and share this flyer with your employees so they can set up their accounts too!
  6. Sign up for your free membership with Archbright – Washington’s go-to resource for expert HR, Safety, and Legal advice.
  7. Sign up for Health Living with BHT monthly email!
  8. Take advantage of other savings available to BHT members by visiting the Savings & Discount section.

Plan Administration

Vimly Benefit Solutions is our Third-Party Administrator. They provide benefit administration to support your day-to-day needs. This includes enrollment, eligibility, financial services and customer service. They also maintain our online benefits portal, SIMON. You can log in to Vimly by clicking “My Account” in the upper right corner of this website.

Administration Resources

SIMON is the administrative platform managed by Vimly where you can make enrollment changes, pay your bill online, and manage your group benefits.

An invite will be sent to the email we have on file. Once you receive this email you will be able to register for SIMON and set up your Username and Password.

If you have forgotten your password you can input your Username and select “Forgot Password”.

If you are the plan administrator and do not yet have a login, email bht@vimly.com or call 425.367.0729 to request a registration invite. Learn more about SIMON in this short video! (password: BHT)
