After big goals or busy seasons, many of us notice a quiet drift. Papers pile up, calendars get crowded, screens stay within reach, and we feel a little less like the person we want to be.
To support you, we are sharing a short worksheet, the Fresh Start Guide [attached/linked]. It walks through five areas where life often needs a reset: physical space, time and energy, digital life, relationships, and the story you tell yourself about who you are. You do not need to tackle everything. Just choose the one area that matters most right now.
You might clear one small space, protect a weekly block of time, set a simple limit around late-night scrolling, take a walk outdoors without your phone, or reconnect with someone you have been missing. Research suggests that even modest changes in device use can support better mood, focus, and sleep.
