Premera Blue Cross
Our 20+ different medical plan designs through Premera Blue Cross are available to employers with 5 or more enrolled employees through targeted Industry Health Trusts, and come with pharmacy benefit, virtual care, and a variety of value added benefits including embedded life/AD&D insurance, identity theft protection, and a 4-visit employee assistance program (EAP).
Key Feature: All plans cover Premera’s Kinwell Clinics – more than 15 locations across Washington with same day or next day appointments, easy online scheduling, and integrated behavioral health services.

Virtual care options for all BHT members enrolled in medical through Premera:
- 98point6: Text-based primary/urgent care from a doctor, 24/7
- Doctor on Demand: Video and phone-based primary/urgent care and mental health therapy
- Talkspace: Video and text-based mental health therapy
- Boulder Care: Treatment for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder. Video visits and messaging with a therapist.

We offer a variety of HMO options that include:
- The Heritage Network with 20 plan options in the broadest provider network Premera has to offer
- Heritage Prime with 10 plan options available at a lower cost and designed for groups that may not have a need for the full Heritage Network
- For all HMO plans Premera will automatically assign a Primary Care Physician (PCP) at initial enrollment.
- Dedicated customer service through the HMO Plus Team is available at 844-722-HMO1 (4661).
Kaiser Permanente
Only two employees? No problem. Our scalable, competitive benefits are available to even the smallest companies.
Kaiser Permanente medical plans are offered to employers with up to 199 enrolled employees in a variety of industries through our Industry Health Trusts and Community-Rated Small-Group offerings. All plans include pharmacy benefits, virtual care, a 24-hour nurse line and an array of deductible options. Kaiser Permanente offers both HMO and PPO plans.
