Taking care of your mental well-being doesn’t always begin with a major change. Sometimes the most useful next step is talking with someone, addressing a source of financial stress, moving more often, or making time to rest.
Every employee with benefits through Business Health Trust has access to Passport. This discount benefit includes online services and Puget Sound offers that may help employees find support, stay active, sleep more comfortably, or step away from a busy routine.
The following offers were available through Passport as of September 2026. Discounts, prices, locations, and restrictions may change, so review each listing before making a purchase or scheduling a service.
When you need to talk with someone
For those with the BHT benefit, Nice Healthcare, Nice is your best first stop for normal mental health support. But not everyone has that. We noticed this service has a good Passport discount. BetterHelp provides online therapy with flexible scheduling and access to a large network of therapists.
Passport members receive 30% off their first three months of BetterHelp. Since the service is fully online, appointments may be easier to fit around work, family responsibilities, and other parts of the week.
BetterHelp is a separate paid service, even after the Passport discount. Review its current pricing, provider options, and cancellation terms before signing up.
If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health crisis or is in immediate danger, call 911 or call or text 988 for crisis support.
Reduce one common source of stress
Financial worries can affect more than a bank account. They can follow you to work, interfere with sleep, and make everyday decisions feel heavier.
My Debt Navigator gives Passport members free access to its F360 financial wellness app. The listing values this access at $10 per month or $120 per year.
The service is designed to help employees understand and work through debt. It’s available online and doesn’t require a large purchase. According to the Passport listing, members receive the app download link after completing an appointment.
Choose movement that fits your life
Movement can provide a routine, social time, a reason to leave the house, or a way to shift gears after sitting at a desk all day. You don’t need to choose the hardest workout. Look for something that fits your schedule and that you’ll realistically continue using.
For a straightforward gym membership
The SeattleGYM offers a $49 month-to-month membership and 50% off enrollment. Members have access to fitness classes, cardio and weight equipment, instructors, and small-group personal training.
The month-to-month structure may be more approachable for someone who wants to try a gym without starting with a long commitment.
For a high-energy mental reset
TITLE Boxing Club offers full-body heavy-bag workouts designed to build fitness, control breathing, and clear the mind.
Passport members receive 20% off Club 8 and Unlimited memberships for the life of the membership. The offer is limited to the participating locations presented through Passport.
For Pilates and lower-impact group exercise
The Fit Lab 253 in Gig Harbor offers 20% off all packages. The studio provides Pilates and group fitness classes in a setting designed to be comfortable for beginners.
This may be a better fit for someone who wants guided movement but isn’t interested in boxing, CrossFit, or working out alone in a traditional weight room.
For exercising without another commute
Camp Gladiator offers Passport members 15% off outdoor and virtual workouts. Virtual workouts can be completed from home, while outdoor sessions are available where offered.
Removing the trip to a gym may make exercise easier to fit around work, school schedules, and family responsibilities.
Make rest a little easier
A few poor nights of sleep can make work, family responsibilities, and ordinary frustrations feel harder than they normally would.
Ozlo Sleepbuds offers Passport members $20 off Sleepbuds 2. The product is designed for people who have trouble sleeping in noisy environments.
Sleepbuds aren’t a treatment for a sleep disorder or mental health condition. They may simply be a useful tool if outside noise regularly interrupts your sleep.
When you want to treat yourself
Massage and similar services aren’t necessities, and they aren’t replacements for mental health care. Sometimes, though, setting aside an hour to slow down can be a worthwhile use of your Passport savings.
The Healthy Body Co. in Redmond offers 20% off self-paid massage. Appointments need to be booked online using the Passport member massage option.
For something less ordinary, Float Seattle offers ongoing floats for $59 instead of the regular $89 price. Participating locations include Green Lake, Greenwood, South Lake Union, Bellevue, and Renton Landing.
Floating provides a quiet, private setting without phones, conversations, or other distractions. It won’t appeal to everyone, but the $30 discount makes it more approachable for someone who’s already curious about trying it.
Or turn it into a full wellness trip
Canyon Ranch Health and Wellness Resorts is the biggest splurge on the list. Passport members may receive a room upgrade when available, along with resort credits of $200 or $400 per person depending on the package.
A minimum three-night stay is required, so this isn’t an everyday mental health resource. It may still provide meaningful savings for someone already considering a wellness-focused vacation.
Pick a next step that fits your real life
You don’t need to try everything on this list. The most useful choice may be talking with a therapist, addressing a financial concern, trying a month-to-month gym, joining a beginner Pilates class, or completing a workout at home.
Fitness, sleep products, massage, and wellness services may support your well-being, but they aren’t substitutes for professional mental health care. Sign in to Passport to confirm current prices, participating locations, restrictions, and redemption instructions.
