Burnout can quietly build and affect focus, health, and morale. This toolkit gives you simple ways to open the conversation and remind your team that support is available.

It includes an email template you can share with employees and a one-page flyer that walks through key signs of burnout and when it might be time to take action. The flyer highlights common symptoms like fatigue, irritability, trouble concentrating, and feeling disconnected, so employees can spot patterns early.

Burnout rarely happens overnight. It tends to build slowly and can show up this time of year as constant fatigue, irritability, headaches, or feeling disconnected from work and everyday tasks.

To support you, we are sharing a short one-page flyer, “Recognizing the Signs of Burnout” [attached/linked]. It includes a simple checklist of common symptoms and a reminder that you do not have to push through on your own.

Take a few minutes to review the flyer. If you see yourself in several of the signs, think about what might help: small breaks during the day, clearer boundaries around work time, or talking with a manager, trusted colleague, or friend. Reaching out early is a sign of wisdom, not weakness.
