Introducing Nice
At Business Health Trust, we believe that growing businesses deserve access to high-quality, affordable healthcare benefits. That’s why we’ve partnered with Nice Healthcare® to bring our members in Washington State a seamless, cost-effective primary care solution—enhancing employee well-being while keeping healthcare simple and accessible.
What is Nice Healthcare?
Nice Healthcare is the clinic that comes to you. It’s fully integrated healthcare, bringing primary care, mental health therapy, physical therapy, imaging, labs, and medications to patients wherever they are. Employees can book virtual care, usually within a day, using the Nice app or their computer. Preventive visits are covered at no cost, and services will never cost more than a nominal $5 visit fee.
And, starting July 1, Nice will be adding on-site care. Many employees in the Puget Sound and Spokane areas will have access to in-person care in their homes, workplaces, or wherever they are.
What Services Are Included?
Employees and benefit eligible dependents get Nice Healthcare which can solve for the majority of everyday healthcare needs while reducing out of pocket costs.

Virtual Care
- Primary Care: sick care, chronic care, preventive care
- Physical Therapy: back pain, neck pain, injury recovery, and more
- Mental Health: short term for anxiety, depression, grief/loss

Prescriptions
- 550+ common medications (also includes some over the counter medications/allergy medications).
- Nice works with nearly every pharmacy in the country and mail order!
- Note: Walgreens is not a participating pharmacy.

Starting July 2025, in-home primary care will be available for most areas throughout the Puget Sound and Spokane.

- Physical exams, rapid tests, bloodraws, 35+ labs, EKGs and even X-rays can be done at home

- North: Bothell, Everett, Lynnwood, Edmonds
- South: Tacoma, Puyallup, Renton, Kent, Auburn…
- East: Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, North Bend…
