If fall has you checking the medicine cabinet, clearing the gutters or looking for something to do on a rainy weekend, check your Passport benefit before you spend.

Passport is available to every employee with BHT benefits. Here are a few offers you could use around Puget Sound this season, from online purchases to local services and outings.

1. Plan for sick days and busy weeks

A little preparation can save you an extra errand when someone isn’t feeling well. Start by checking what you already have and what needs replacing.

For families with babies or young children, Safety 1st offers 15% off sitewide, stackable with sale prices. Its products include thermometers, nasal aspirators and baby care kits. If you’re ordering just one small item, check shipping costs before deciding whether the discount makes sense.

Instacart+ offers 50% off membership for one year. If you already use grocery delivery, or expect to use it regularly, this could make it easier to get pantry staples, beverages and household supplies when a trip to the store is hard to fit in. The discount is on membership. Groceries, service fees, taxes and tips are separate, and delivery availability depends on your address.

For weeks when cooking is the bigger challenge, Factor offers 55% off your first box of prepared meals and 15% off the next 51 boxes. The meals arrive ready to heat, which cuts down on cooking and cleanup. This is a scheduled delivery service with an auto-renewing subscription. The offer is for eligible new or returning customers, discounts vary by plan, and premium meals, upgrades and taxes are excluded.

2. Have a few indoor plans ready

You don’t need to fill every weekend. But having an idea or two ready can help when the forecast changes your plans.

At the Northwest Railway Museum in Snoqualmie, Passport members receive free admission to the Train Shed Exhibit Hall. The offer covers the member, one adult guest and the member’s dependent children under 18, subject to a maximum of 10 guests. This is for the exhibit hall; train rides and special-event dates, including Halloween Train events, are excluded.

Seattle Children’s Theatre offers 20% off tickets to its 2026/2027 season. For an October outing, Leonardo! A Wonderful Show about a Terrible Monster runs October 9 through November 1. You can also browse the season for a show that fits your family’s interests and schedule.

If you’d rather move around, Velocity Pickleball Club in Redmond offers 20% off open play and court reservations. You can try an indoor activity with friends without committing to an annual membership. Show your Passport membership at the club, including when you’ve booked online using the offer.

3. Take care of home maintenance that’s already on your list

If you’re hiring someone to clear gutters or work on your heating system, check the relevant Passport offer when you request a quote.

AA Window & Gutter Cleaning offers $25 off gutter cleaning and $50 off roof cleaning. These may be useful if leaves or roof debris have become a job you need help with. Mention Passport when booking and present your digital membership at the time of service.

For heating maintenance or a needed repair, Cardinal Heating, Air, Electrical and Plumbing offers 15% off all services. The Greater Seattle provider also handles plumbing and electrical work, so the discount may apply to another repair you’ve been planning. Mention Passport when booking and show your membership at the appointment.

Precision Garage Door Service has a $29.95 tune-up, regularly $89.95, that includes a 25-point inspection, lubrication and adjustments. That’s a $60 saving if a tune-up is on your list. The limited-time offer applies per standard residential garage door, excludes oversized and RV-sized doors, and can’t be combined with other offers.

4. Catch up on car maintenance

If your car is due for service, AutoLogic in Bellevue offers a first-visit conventional oil change with tire rotation for $17.99. Five quarts of oil are included. Vehicles that need synthetic oil, additional oil or special filters cost more, so ask for the total for your vehicle before booking.

AutoLogic also offers 10% off other repairs, with savings capped at $50 per visit. That could help with maintenance or a repair you already need before colder-weather travel.

Use whichever offers fit your plans. Before ordering or scheduling, open the Passport listing to check the current terms, participating location and how to redeem the discount. For services, mention your membership when booking so you can confirm the price in advance.
