Mental well-being isn’t only shaped by major events. Money concerns, poor sleep, a packed schedule, and a lack of time to recharge can gradually make ordinary life feel harder.

Every employee with benefits through Business Health Trust has access to Passport. This discount benefit includes online services and Spokane-area offers that may help employees find support, address a source of stress, stay active, rest, or simply take a break.

The following offers were available through Passport as of September 2026. Discounts, prices, locations, and restrictions may change, so review each listing before making a purchase or scheduling a service.

When you need to talk with someone

If you have Nice Healthcare as a benefit through BHT, that’s going to be your best first stop for everyday mental health. For everyone else, we did notice this service through where you can use your Passport benefit for a discount… BetterHelp provides online therapy with flexible scheduling and access to a large network of therapists.

Passport members receive 30% off their first three months of BetterHelp. Since the service is fully online, it may be easier to fit appointments around work, family responsibilities, and other parts of the week.

BetterHelp is a separate paid service, even after the Passport discount. Review its current pricing, provider options, and cancellation terms before signing up.

If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health crisis or is in immediate danger, call 911 or call or text 988 for crisis support.

Take some pressure off your finances

Money concerns can follow you through the entire day. They can affect your focus at work, your relationships at home, and how well you sleep at night.

My Debt Navigator offers Passport members free access to its F360 financial wellness app. The stated value is $10 per month or $120 per year. The service is designed to help employees understand and work through debt while reducing some of the stress that comes with it.

This is one of the most practical offers in Passport because it’s available online and doesn’t require a large purchase. According to the listing, members receive the app download link after completing an appointment.

Find a type of movement that fits your life

Exercise doesn’t have to mean following an intense program. It can provide a routine, a change of scenery, time with other people, or an outlet after a stressful day. The best choice is usually the one you’ll realistically use.

For an all-purpose gym

Spokane Fitness Center is the strongest broad fitness offer in the area. Passport members receive 70% off enrollment fees, $10 off a single membership, and $10 off the joint or family plan add-on.

The facilities include cardio and weight equipment, pools, hot tubs, basketball and racquetball courts, group classes, saunas, personal training, daycare, and 24-hour access. That range gives different people in a household a better chance of finding something they enjoy.

For a schedule that changes from week to week

Anytime Fitness offers 50% off its enrollment fee and 10% off monthly dues at the participating Spokane location.

Its 24-hour access can be useful if exercising before work, later in the evening, or during a quieter part of the day works better for you. The location also advertises classes such as Bootcamp, Zumba, and Spinning.

For more structure and accountability

CrossFit Spokane Valley offers 15% off monthly fees. Members who join during their initial visit also receive a one-hour personal training session.

This is a more demanding option, but the scheduled classes and coached workouts may appeal to someone who finds it easier to stay consistent with a plan and a group.

For working out at home or outside

Camp Gladiator offers Passport members 15% off outdoor and virtual workouts. Virtual workouts can be completed from home, while outdoor sessions are available where offered.

This may be the easiest place to begin if commuting to a gym is one of the main reasons exercise keeps getting pushed aside.

Make rest a little easier

A few poor nights of sleep can make work, family responsibilities, and ordinary frustrations feel harder than they normally would.

Ozlo Sleepbuds offers Passport members $20 off Sleepbuds 2. The product is designed for people who have trouble sleeping in noisy environments.

Sleepbuds aren’t a treatment for a sleep disorder or mental health condition. They may simply be a useful tool if outside noise regularly interrupts your sleep.

Give yourself permission to take a break

Massage and spa services aren’t necessities, and they aren’t replacements for mental health care. Sometimes, though, setting aside an hour to slow down can be a worthwhile use of your Passport savings.

Sweetgrass Massage Therapy and Wellness Studio offers 20% off all services by appointment. Its services center on clinical massage, pain management, and general wellness.

For an option focused more directly on unwinding, Relaxation by Wendy takes $15 off massage services. The business describes its massages as helping clients let go and relax.

If you’d like to make more of an outing from it, Highlands Day Spa and Inverness Salon in nearby Post Falls offers 15% off services, excluding the nail salon.

Or make it a much bigger getaway

At the far end of the treat-yourself category is Canyon Ranch Health and Wellness Resorts. Depending on the package, Passport members may receive a room upgrade when available and resort credits of $200 or $400 per person.

This offer requires at least a three-night stay, so it won’t fit every budget or schedule. It may still be worth checking if you’re already considering a wellness-focused vacation.

Start with something realistic

You don’t need to try everything on this list. Start with the concern that’s creating the most friction right now. That could mean speaking with a therapist, addressing a financial question, comparing gym discounts, trying a virtual workout, or making more room for rest.

Fitness, sleep products, massage, and wellness services may support your well-being, but they aren’t substitutes for professional mental health care. Sign in to Passport to review current prices, participating locations, restrictions, and redemption instructions.
