“I recently had a Nice Healthcare visit for my 6 yr old daughter who had just gotten over a virus and her legs were affected. She woke up unable to stand and it was very scary. Having Nice Healthcare virtual appointment was exactly what we needed.
There was no wait for our appointment and the healthcare provider was very kind and knowledgeable. She truly cared about what was going on with my little girl. She took the time to speak with her and ask pointed questions. She has us show her how it was when my daughter would try to stand through the camera on my phone. She knew right away what was going on and made recommendations. She was very reassuring and even said she was going to do a bit more research just to absolutely confirm what was going on in this rare issue my daughter was having.
In the end the Dr. gave great advice and all of this was in the comfort of the bed, since my daughter could not stand or walk. It was the true essence of a house call in modern day times. I am so grateful to Nice Healthcare and am glad this is a service we can access at no extra cost and the prescriptions we need are covered. It seemed to good to be true, but I am here to tell you, it is NOT! Thank you Nice!!!”
