Health Insurance Plans
Premera Blue Cross offers 20 different medical plans to employers with 5 or more enrolled employees through targeted Industry Health Trusts for companies in the following industries: Aerospace, Healthcare, Media, Tourism, Transportation, Agriculture, Business Services, Community Service Organizations, Construction, End-Line Manufacturing, Information Technology, Retail, and Wholesaling. All medical plans include an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Kaiser Permanente medical plans are offered to employers with up to 199 enrolled employees in a variety of industries through our Industry Health Trusts and Community-Rated Small-Group offerings. All plans include pharmacy benefits, virtual care, a 24-hour nurse line and an array of deductible options. Kaiser offers both HMO and PPO plans.

Who is eligible?
Washington companies with two or more enrolled employees are eligible to participate in the Business Health Trust benefit program. Participation requires membership with the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce or one of our partner organizations: Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, Bellingham Regional Chamber of Commerce, Bothell Kenmore Chamber of Commerce, Forks Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce, Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, Greater Kitsap Chamber, OneRedmond, Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce, Sequim Chamber of Commerce, Economic Alliance Snohomish County, South Kitsap Chamber of Commerce, Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce, Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce, Greater Yakima Chamber of Commerce, and Archbright. Your membership in any of the above organizations automatically qualifies you for one of our 13 industry group memberships (at no additional cost), and all the advocacy, resources and savings that go along with it.
